Kissi Rosabel Blackwell, M.D.
Dr. Blackwell is a board-certified family medicine physician and the founder of Clarity Direct Care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2006 and completed her Family Medicine Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in 2009.
With nearly 20 years of experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, Dr. Blackwell has witnessed firsthand how traditional healthcare systems create barriers between doctors and patients. In 2014, she returned to her hometown of Wichita Falls, Texas, where she continued practicing in a conventional medical setting.
However, after years of seeing how insurance interference, rushed appointments, and bureaucratic red tape were negatively impacting patient care, she knew there had to be a better way.

Jennifer has been Dr. Blackwell’s dedicated nurse for over 10 years, providing compassionate care and support to patients and the practice. She is a devoted wife, mother of four, and proud “Gigi” to four grandchildren, cherishing every moment she spends with her family.
Jennifer values the flexibility and work-life balance that Direct Primary Care has brought to her life, allowing her to be present for her loved ones while continuing her passion for nursing. Her warmth, experience, and commitment make her an invaluable member of the team.
